Fresh and balanced
Appellation: Isola dei Nuraghi IGT rosso
Variety: Barbera Sardo, Bovale, Cannonau, Carignano, Monica
Alcohol: 13% vol
Tasting Notes: Ruby red color with purple hues. Aromas of wild berries with herbaceous notes. Dry, mineral and savory, with good tannins.
Suggested Pairings: Ripened cheese, roasted meat, and other tasty dishes. Great to accompany dinners with best friends.
Production notes and ageing: The grapes are harvested by hand (yield: 3 to 4 tons per hectare). The vinification process lasts 9 days, at a temperature of 28 °C, using Ganymede fermentation tanks, which maximize the extraction of natural aromas and colors. The wine ages in steel tanks for 6 months and is then bottled. It refines for a few more months in the bottle before being put on the market.
