Personal data protection
This document contains the personal data processing rules of Gibadda Società Agricola (VAT number: 03529600920), hereinafter referred to simply as Gibadda.
These rules concern navigation on the gibadda.it site and are based on Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 23 October 2018, which concerns the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) no. 45/2002.
Although it is possible to browse this site without having to provide personal data, in some cases these are necessary to use the electronic services requested. In any case, we process this data in full compliance with the aforementioned regulation and, in this privacy policy, we explain in detail the use we make of it.
For each electronic service released by gibadda.it, a data controller establishes the purposes and means of the processing of personal data and ensures compliance with the privacy policy. Electronic services
The term ‘electronic service’ available on gibadda.it means a service made accessible via the Internet, and which may have the following purposes:
a. Allow communication between gibadda.it and its users.
b. Allow users to purchase the products available on the online store.
There are three types of electronic services that gibadda.it offers (or, presumably, will offer in the future):
1. Information services, released through the contact form, the newsletter subscription form, or through the other contact channels available (telephone, email, company pages on social networks);
2. Interactive communication services, released through links to company pages on social networks and through the blog.
3. Services that allow the purchase of products available in the online store, released through the modules encountered during the purchase process.
Categories of personal data and their treatment
On a case-by-case basis, the electronic services released by gibadda.it collect the following personal data.
Category 1
Name and surname, company name, physical address, telephone number, email address.
These data are transmitted to the data controller.
The contact form on the ‘Contacts’ page and the purchase form allow you to give or not to give consent to the processing of your personal data for advertising purposes. If you give your consent, Gibadda may decide to use your data to include you in the audience of certain promotional campaigns. In any case, we will never directly transmit your data to third parties. The newsletter subscription form explicitly requests your email for the sole purpose of sending you the newsletter. Therefore, by entering your email address in the newsletter subscription form you implicitly accept to receive it.
The data is stored (for a maximum of one year) at a third-party hosting server (Keliweb), which is required to guarantee its protection and confidentiality pursuant to regulation (EU) 2018/1725.
To access these data, verify their accuracy, correct them if necessary, or to delete them, simply send an email to the data controller: info@gibadda.it. Please clearly indicate your request in the message.
Category 2
IP address, navigation path data.
This data can be collected by third-party plugins that manage traffic on gibadda.it. The data controller does not have access to such data. To access this data, verify its accuracy, correct it if necessary, or to delete it, refer to the relevant pages of the following plugin providers:
