Usually depicted with a long black cloak and an intense gaze, much like the aroma and flavor of our wine. Denomination: Isola dei Nuraghi IGT red. Variety: native red grape varieties. Soil type: decomposed granite. Altitude: 350 m a.s.l. Training system: bush vine (alberello). Vine age: around 100 years. Planting density: 4,000 vines/ha. Yield: 30 q/ha. Harvest: manual. Fermentation: spontaneous, in steel vessels. Aging: 6 months in oak barriques. Alcohol content: 13.5% vol. Ideal with aged cheeses, game, and structured dishes. Excellent as a meditation wine.
