Bouquet of Fruit and Mediterranean Scrubland “Argidha” is the Sardinian word for clay, the material of the amphora where our wine was born and created. A straw-yellow white wine with pronounced notes of Mediterranean scrubland and yellow fruit, along with the savory freshness of the sea breeze. Denomination: Isola dei Nuraghi IGT White. Variety: native white grape varieties. Soil type: decomposed granite. Altitude: 350 m a.s.l. Training system: bush vine and espalier. Vine age: around 10 years. Planting density: 3,500 vines/ha. Yield: 50 q/ha. Harvest: manual. Fermentation: spontaneous, in terracotta amphorae with 1 month of skin maceration. Aging: 10 months in terracotta amphorae with grape seeds and fine lees. Alcohol content: 12.5% vol. Bottled without fining. Numbered bottles. Excellent with white meats, eel, stewed fish, and fried dishes.
